Where can I get a database of all Wii U titles and title IDs?

I found this, but I can't really use this aside from manually copying and pasting all 3000+ titles.

Say, in my wip tool, I have the user select a .rpx and I get the title_id from the metadata. I want to be able to pull up the name as well.
