Playing eshop wii games on wiiu using an iso file?

I don't think I've explained well with the title but the thing is, I knew Kirby's Return To Dreamland is on wii u eshop so I figured it was on wii u usb helper, and, it was. I previously had the iso so I wanted to play that iso without having to download it again, but I wanted to install the iso on the usb where I have my wii u games, and play it as I downloaded it from the eshop. Is there any way I can do that or I have to download the game again from wii u usb helper?
